Sustainability and social responsibility are not just phrases but part of our DNA for more than 25 years. They are part of our value system and always have been. We identified the high social relevance of the residential asset class very early and it has been always a way for us to differentiate.
We have received a governmental certification to confirm our guided sustainability workshop for Residential Investments already in 2013, long before everybody started to talk about ESG. Since 2014 we re-invested an impactful portion of our corporate profits into Impact Investments #givingback.
Our ESG-criteria are implemented, constantly reviewed and improved with all stakeholders. It is an essential part of our corporate culture, the successful implementation of investment strategies, tenant satisfaction and the achievement of our goals to have a positive contribution to society, the city, the district, the neighbourhood.
